Classification: Full time; Exempt
Shift: On-Site - Monday – Friday, core hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 2 late days per week at 10:00am – 6:00pm. Saturdays as assigned in a rotation.
Location: Remote OR On-Site

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience:
    • Greet and assist customers over the phone, email, and through inbound chat
    • Handle phone transfers from customer service when they are unable to assist.
    • Address all customer inquiries, ensuring comprehensive and satisfactory responses.
    • Educate and Empower Customers:
    • Educate customers about products, features, benefits, and the ATF application process.
    • Deliver tailored product recommendations that directly align with each customer’s needs, preferences, and intended use—driving both satisfaction and sales conversion.
    • Build rapport through active listening and genuine interest in customer needs.
    • Delivering compelling product presentations and demonstrations over the phone
  • Drive Sales and Revenue:
    • Engage with leads from online platforms, phone interactions, and inbound chats using CRM tools.
    • Suggest relevant upsells to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Close sales from inbound calls, chats, and trade show events, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Achieve Operational Excellence:
    • Demonstrate job knowledge and productivity by efficiently using company systems/tools.
    • Ensure accuracy and quality by reviewing order documents before submission to finance
    • Monitor CRM reports and manage sales activity in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Maintain high productivity and handle all assigned tasks efficiently.

  • Attend Trade Shows as Assigned:
    • Represent Silencer Central at trade shows and industry events as assigned.
    • Engage in in-person selling in a fast-paced environment to promote products and capture leads.
    • Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic product demonstrations to potential customers.
    • Handle customer inquiries and follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
    • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure a successful event experience.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of high-performance sales experience required, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Solid foundational knowledge of firearms required; advanced or in-depth firearms expertise strongly preferred, including familiarity with various firearm types, use cases, and industry trends.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time required.
• Proven ability to maintain production standards and meet sales goals.
• CRM and Microsoft experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritize and respond to a high volume of customer leads with urgency and professionalism in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Base Salary of $60,000 plus commission. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
