Job Description
You will schedule patient appointments, retrieve previous patient records from other healthcare providers and scan records into the computer system in order to document patient care. Other responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls from patients, physicians, or staff; and monitoring the patient portal. You will provide back-up receptionist coverage as needed. Knowledge of medical terminology and previous experience in a medical office is strongly preferred. Prior computer experience is required. Applicant must have great interpersonal and communication skills. The clinic is not open nights or weekends.
