What You’ll Do:
Work closely with patients, providers, and local health systems to schedule outpatient diagnostic and surgical procedures
Interpret physician orders and ensure proper scheduling and documentation
Manage insurance authorizations for surgery, radiology, and medications
Communicate with insurance carriers, referring offices, and internal departments
Help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for every patient
What We’re Looking For:
A team player with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to stay organized in a busy medical environment
Healthcare experience preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Position Details:
Full-time with a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, and more!)
Flexible hours: Monday–Thursday (8 AM–5 PM) and Friday (8 AM–4 PM)
Enjoy a half-day off each week!
No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts
Reports directly to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Operations
