PAMHC is seeking a full-time Clinical Lead for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team based at our LeMars/Cherokee Offices to cover several counties in Northwest Iowa. Travel required for in home and community-based services for clients. Position is an average of 40 hours per week Monday – Friday, with periodic on-call required.
Pay Range:
$63,000 to $68,000 depending on experience

Position Summary:
This position primarily involves acting as the leader and administrator of the Assertive Community Treatment Team. ACT Team Leaders are to guide, direct and evaluate each assigned team to ensure excellent, courteous, helpful, culturally competent and respectful services. Additional duties as follows: performing the duties of a 25-50% ACT Team Clinician (depending on number of ACT client enrollees) and supervising the ACT Team, including administrative duties. Work location and patient population may vary depending on organizational need.
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
Current LISW, LMHC, or LMFT Licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual a plus, but not required
